About Us
MSAC is a premier global organization establishing a unified and independent framework for military-sports all-round competitions. We bridge elite combat skills, structural athleticism, and martial arts disciplines into a single professional ecosystem.
Who Are We
Founded on the principles of discipline, elite physical readiness, and fair play, MSAC developed from regional tactical multi-events into an international sports body. Under the leadership of International President Volodymyr Levin (9th Dan), the organization coordinates national federations worldwide, standardizes martial arts regulations, and hosts World and European Championships.
What We Do
MSAC governs, standardizes, and develops the unique sports discipline of Combat Duathlon and its dedicated competitive versions (B-1 to B-7). We bridge the gap between functional athletic conditioning and real combat mastery. By organizing official international referee seminars, certification courses for national coaches, and structured ranking systems, the Confederation ensures that every local tournament and global championship operates under an identical, flawless code of sports regulation.
Our Core Target
Our ultimate objective is the global expansion of Semi-Athlon as an accessible yet elite sport system. MSAC creates a structured professional pathway for thousands of competitors worldwide-from youth development programs to senior elite divisions. Through unified international regulations, transparent anti-doping and weight control compliance, and high-profile world events, we provide athletes and clubs with a powerful, recognizable platform to claim official international titles and sports master degrees.

History of Foundation
The historical path of MSAC development and key milestones
The Origins in Ukraine
The modern history of military sport all-round competitions began on January 31, 1997, with the establishment of the Military Sport All-Round Competitions Federation of the Kharkiv Region. Building on this foundation, the All-Ukrainian Federation was officially registered on February 8, 2000, subsequently achieving national sports federation status.
International Foundation
On September 22, 2005, the Military Sport All-Round Competitions International Organization (MSAC) was established. It successfully united representatives of various martial arts and military-applied disciplines at a global level. The international movement was founded by Sergiy Zaytsev (Honored Coach, International Judge) alongside a major contribution from Oleksandr Fedortsov as First Vice-President.
New Leadership & Era
Since 2019, the international organization has been led by Volodymyr Levin — President of MSAC International, Honored Coach of Ukraine, and 9th Dan Black Belt holder. Under his leadership, MSAC entered a new phase of global expansion, structural modernization, and enhanced international department development.
Global Sports Platform
Today, MSAC serves as a major international platform uniting athletes, coaches, and clubs from 46 countries. Based on core disciplines like Combat Duathlon and Military-Applied Heptathlon, MSAC conducts World and European Championships, international seminars, belt certifications, and premium licensing programs globally.
