Disciplines

Official MSAC Divisions

Combat Biathlon Infrastructure

A unified global framework combining All-Style Combat versions and Marksmanship. Competitions are strictly conducted within authorized age and weight categories.

B-1

Light Contact

Stop-and-score system. The referee stops the contest after an effective technical action to register points. Knockdowns and knockouts are strictly prohibited. Focuses heavily on speed, precision, and technical control.

B-2

Metered Contact

Continuous framework. Controlled-force punches, kicks, and throws are permitted (no knockouts). Standing wrestling allowed up to 10 seconds, ground fighting up to 30 seconds. Perfect for striking and throwing disciplines.

B-5

Self-Defense Demonstration

Pair demonstration. Participants showcase critical self-defense systems against unarmed and armed attacks. Evaluated by technique count based on age categories: 4 techniques (ages 6–9) up to 10 techniques (18+ years).

B-6

Formal Technical Complexes

Kata, Poomsae, Tul styles. Individual non-contact traditional forms. Strictly evaluated on advanced coordination, stability, balance, concentration, breathing, rhythm, stylistic character, and technical complexity.

B-7

Wrestling Division

Zero striking allowed. Pure wrestling techniques: off-balancing, throws, legal joint locks, and chokes. Standing wrestling is allowed up to 10 seconds, and ground control transitions are limited up to 30 seconds.

BIATHLON STAGE

Air Rifle Shooting

The secondary foundational discipline of Combat Biathlon. Conducted from a prone position at a strict distance of 10 meters using professional sports rifles (SLAVIA 631) targeting the official MSAC-1 target layout. Every competitor performs three scored shots.
