Licensing Procedure & Official Cooperation
The International Union of Military Sport All-Round Competitions (MSAC) operates as a transparent and independent global sports structure. Obtaining an official license is a mandatory requirement for any organization, regional representative, or individual club wishing to legally run training programs, conduct belt gradings, and field athletes for international championships. Our licensing protocol ensures that all international coaches and technical specialists maintain the highest standards of safety, combat methodology, and refereeing integrity.
Application & Preliminary Review / Подання та розгляд заявки
The process begins with submitting the comprehensive online application found below. The MSAC International Licensing Committee reviews the applicant's sports background, martial arts credentials, and organizational infrastructure within 7 working days to evaluate regional potential.
Verification & Legal Compliance / Верифікація та правовий статус
Upon initial approval, the applicant undergoes a formal verification process. This includes establishing compliance with international MSAC constitutional rules, defining the borders of regional monopoly (for National Representations), and preparing the legal framework for the franchise agreement.
Mandatory Technical & Referee Seminar / Міжнародна атестація
To ensure strict adherence to technical regulations (Combat Duathlon sections B-1 to B-7 and Military-Applied Heptathlon), the appointed coaches must complete an intensive certification course. Seminars are conducted online or during physical international training camps led by MSAC Grandmasters.

After successfully passing the examination, the organization receives an official international certificate signed by the MSAC President. The licensed club, along with its certified instructors and black belt masters, is officially entered into the public international verification registry.
